Alterations commenced in July 2020, with a consented planned extension to the existing concrete upper-level verandah. 
The extension itself was completed in timber sub-floor framing, with Kwila decking slats, and a continuation of the glazed Mini-Post Balustrade system from Juralco Edgetc
A new double glazed aluminium slider door from Nulook Cambridge, was installed in the Master Bedroom leading to the new verandah.
